Biography
Morgan Goble began drawing at a young age in her hometown of Strathroy, Ontario, and decided in kindergarten that she wanted to be an illustrator when she grew up. Although she prefers working digitally, Morgan has had extensive experience working traditionally. She specialized in colored pencil for many years and went on to study life drawing, painting, printmaking and ceramics at Bealart for one year. While attending Bealart, she was accepted into Sheridan College’s Bachelor of Illustration program where she discovered her love for digital art and began creating her own brushes to mimic traditional media in her digital work. Morgan also continued to develop her passion for drawing people, and she brings a special attention to character design in her illustration work. After graduating in 2019, she married her illustrator partner Andy and began her freelance career.#Morgan’s first published book is Wednesday Wilson Gets Down to Business, and she is excited to be working on a project that reminds her of her own childhood endeavors, with a driven main character whose big ideas get her into a little mischief.#Today, Morgan lives in London, Ontario, with her husband and her cat. She spends her days drawing, journaling and leaving half-finished cups of tea all over the house.~Instagram: @realactualmorg~Twitter: @realactualmorg
