Dharmali Patel - Illustrator

Dharmali was born in Mumbai, India. As a kid, she was fascinated with the world of animation. In 2000, she obtained a diploma in Applied Arts with a major in illustration. She explored different painting techniques and mediums during this stage and enjoyed creating illustrations using spray paint. After graduating, Dharmali started working in the animation industry in Mumbai. Her desire for adventure and thirst to learn more about the animation process drew her to the Vancouver Film School. She graduated from the Classical Animation Program in 2004 and started working in the North American animation industry. Dharmali has worked on a number of productions airing on Teletoon, the Cartoon Network and Nicktoons UK, as well as projects with Warner Bros. and Disney.#Dharmali lives in the wonderful city of Toronto and spends her days creating illustrations for different publications, working as an animation director, designer and concept artist for animated series.
