Linda Bailey is the author of over 18 books for children, including the Stevie Diamond Mysteries series, the Good Times Travel Agency series and Stanley's Party. She is the winner of numerous awards, including the Silver Birch Award, the Red Cedar Award, the Hackmatack Children's Choice Book Award, the B.C. Book Prize and the Arthur Ellis Award from the Crime Writers of Canada. Born in Winnipeg, she traveled around the world in her 20s and then moved to Vancouver, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Education at the University of British Columbia. She has two grown daughters, a golden retriever and a cat. She lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
